1. ALOO RINGRA
Aubergine (baby eggplant) with potatoes cooked in onions, tomatoes, cumin, garlic-ginger and cilantro.

2. STEAMED PRAWNS PAKA
Coconut curry with delicious steamed prawns paired with Jeera rice and salad.
3. JEERA CHICKEN
Warm chicken dish with a hint of garlic-ginger, tomatoes, fried onions, cumin and coriander sauce.
4. LAMB TIKKA MASALA
Lamb marinated in yogurt, garlic-ginger and fine flavour herbs, tandoor roasted and finished with masala sauce.
